Area players Suntken, Meinders competing in 2015 Shrine Bowl

CEDAR FALLS – Hampton-Dumont’s Kendrick Suntken and Clay Meinders of AGWSR will display their high school football talents one last time on Saturday, July 25 in the Shrine Bowl at Cedar Falls’ UNI-Dome.
Both will continue to play football in college as Suntken signed with Iowa Central Community College out of Fort Dodge and Meinders signed with Division II Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo., after achieving all-state honors and helping their respective teams reach the Iowa high school football playoffs.
