AGWSR boys’ golf team makes the most of first state trip

MARSHALLTOWN – AGWSR coach Brad Hames wanted to be sure that every member of his golf team shared the state experience.
Since he had seven on his varsity, he utilized the allowance the state meet had for using an alternate -- one Saturday.
This despite the fact that sophomore Keon Huffman had one of his best days on the course to shoot an 85 in his 18-hole outing at Marshalltown’s American Legion Course.
